Refund Policy

At Gotilo.biz, we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for business registration payments.

1. Free User Account Registration

Creating a user account on Gotilo.biz is free. There are no charges associated with signing up or browsing the platform as a user.

2. Paid Business Registration

  • Each business registration costs ₹500, which is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
  • This payment enables your business to be listed, post offers, and run promotions on Gotilo.biz.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.

3. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind after the business registration has been completed.
  • Your business listing is removed due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • You fail to cancel the auto-renewal before the renewal date.
  • You did not use or access the business listing during the active period.

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same business.
  • Technical error or platform malfunction that prevents your business from being listed.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

4. Auto-Renewal Refunds

  • Business registrations are renewed automatically each year unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • If auto-renewal is not canceled in time, no refund will be issued for the renewal fee.
  • You can cancel renewal anytime by contacting support@gotilo.biz.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only for eligible cases), email us at:

  • Your user account email
  • Business name
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 working days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
