Welcome to Gotilo.biz ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Gotilo.biz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

By using Gotilo.biz, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are using the platform for lawful purposes.

2. User Account Registration (Free)

Creating a user account on Gotilo.biz is free. With a single user account, you may:

  • Manage multiple businesses.
  • View and interact with other businesses.
  • Post comments, reviews, and engage with the community.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Business Registration & Payments

  • Users can register multiple businesses under one account.
  • Each business listing requires a separate ₹500 registration fee, valid for 1 year.
  • Payment is collected via Razorpay.
  • The subscription is automatically renewed annually unless canceled.

Auto-Renewal Terms:

  • The saved payment method will be charged on the renewal date.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal by contacting us at least 7 days prior to the renewal date at support@gotilo.biz.

4. Platform Features

Gotilo.biz provides the following services:

  • Business listing and profile creation.
  • Ability to post offers, deals, and updates.
  • Option to promote listings through ad placements.
  • Review and rating system for user engagement.
  • Dashboard to manage multiple business entries.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

5. Content and Acceptable Use

By posting content (offers, descriptions, reviews, etc.), you agree:

  • Not to upload false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Not to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Not to spam, harass, or impersonate others.

We may remove any content and/or suspend business listings that violate these terms without notice.

6. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Gotilo.biz does not store your card details.
  • Payments are subject to Razorpay's terms of service.
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in deactivation of the associated business listing.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Our platform may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools).
  • We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Use of such services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content and features on Gotilo.biz (except user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Gotilo and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
  • You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Gotilo.biz a non-exclusive license to display and promote it through the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform (user or business) without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activity.
  • Required payments are not completed.

Termination includes deactivation of all associated business listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gotilo.biz is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages.
  • Business loss, reputation harm, or loss of revenue.
  • User-generated content or third-party service failures.

Use of the platform is at your own risk. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, listing visibility, or platform traffic.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gotilo.biz, its team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your business practices or posted content.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
